The staff was attentive, polite and professional. Greeted me right upon walking in, always answered any questions politely. Lobby and restaurant area was clean and comfortable. Bar tender was friendly, bar food was quick and fresh. I needed extra towels and coffee creamer, a maintenance man brought me some really fast and was super nice.
